Candidate Profile

Why do you want to be an MSYP?

I would like to become an SYP because I think that young peoples voices need to be heard more. As we are the future, I think we need to ensure our thoughts and ideas can be shared, especially the people who feel as if they can’t, I would like to be the voice for their ideas.

What are the issues that matter most to you?

Period dignity

How will you consult with the young people in your area or organisation to ensure that they are represented well and their voices are heard?

I would like to ensure all young people in my area feel as if their voices are heard, to do this I would like to make sure I get the thoughts and ideas from schools in my area and local community.

Why should someone vote for you?

People should vote for me because I believe that decisions and choices made for made for young people, should be made with the say of said young people. I think it is extremely important that no matter the age or gender of the person, they deserve to feel heard and respected, and I would like to make sure that happens.
